Paulo Coelho is a writer from Brazil. All his life he wanted to realize himself in this field. And after several failures (the first books of Paulo, to put it mildly, did not “shoot”) his philosophical parable “The Alchemist” helped him wake up famous. The novel has been translated into 67 languages, and the total circulation sold was about 83 million copies. Recently, there has been less and less buzz surrounding his work, as the novelist does not release new works very often. But the fact remains that Coelho’s novels are successfully sold in 170 countries around the world.
